The CD is released together with a 28-page photobook by Kojo. Limited to 100 numbered copies.

Originally a 2006 recording by Kojo, Jonathan Coleclough and Andrew Chalk, then edited with additional recordings in 2009. Finally, revisited, re-edited and mastered in 2025 and issued here in 2026 for the 1st time.

The photographs were made using pre-treated black-and-white film and multiple exposures within the camera. Plants, forest landscapes, film grain, melted emulsion, and dust adhering to the film layer upon one another, creating images as if several moments have settled onto a single surface.

These echoes the “layers” and “after-resonances” present in the music, evoking the quiet tremor of memory’s shifting surface.

収録された写真は、加工した白黒フィルムを用い、

カメラ内で多重露光したシリーズです。

植物や森の風景、フィルムの粒子や溶けたエマルジョン、

付着した塵の層が重なり合い、

複数の時間が同じ面に沈殿するような像が立ち上がります。

音楽の中にある「層」や「気配の残響」と呼応し、

一度に捉えきれない記憶の表面が静かに揺らぐようなイメージが広がります。
